What exactly is Christian coaching?

Christian coaching is a partnership designed to help you grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically through biblical truth and guided accountability.

It’s not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you identify where things are out of alignment, inviting God into the process, and developing tools to move forward in peace and purpose.

Think of it as discipleship with structure — where spiritual growth meets real-life transformation.

How long are coaching sessions?

Each coaching session lasts about 60 minutes, and most clients meet with me biweekly (every other week).

This rhythm allows time for reflection, prayer, and application between sessions, ensuring you experience sustainable growth — not just emotional relief.

Do you meet virtually or in person?

Most of my coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, making it simple to connect from anywhere.

However, I do offer in-person sessions depending on your location and season. If that’s something you’re interested in, you can mention it during your Discovery Call.

What’s the difference between coaching and counseling?

This is an important question!

  • Counseling tends to focus on healing from the past — addressing trauma, mental health issues, or crisis recovery.
  • Coaching focuses on growth from the present forward — helping you gain clarity, develop healthy habits, and move toward a God-centered future.

While both can be valuable, coaching is more action-oriented, equipping you with tools and accountability to live out the transformation you’re seeking.

Do you work with both spouses or just one?

Both options are available.

Sometimes a couple comes together for marriage coaching; other times, one spouse begins individually to work through personal growth before re-engaging marital coaching.

If your spouse isn’t ready yet, don’t worry — personal transformation in one partner often creates powerful ripple effects in the marriage.

Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?

My coaching is unapologetically rooted in a biblical worldview and Christian discipleship principles.

That said, anyone who is open to exploring faith-based growth and willing to engage in honest reflection is welcome.

I meet you where you are — with grace, truth, and no judgment.

What is the investment for coaching?

We’ll discuss specific package options during your Discovery Call.

I offer several coaching pathways — individual, parental, marriage, and premarital — so we’ll explore what best fits your needs, season, and goals.

There’s no obligation on the call; it’s simply a time to understand the process and make sure it’s the right fit for you.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

If you decide coaching is right for you, we’ll:

  • Schedule your first official session.
  • Set up your coaching plan and session rhythm.
  • Begin walking step by step toward your goals with prayer, accountability, and practical tools.

If you choose not to move forward, that’s completely okay. You’ll still leave with clarity, encouragement, and peace about your next step.

“Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.”
